🔄 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below:


Returns

  • We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

    • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Some items may be final sale for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., personal care products, custom items, or clearance merchandise). These will be noted on the product page.


Return Process

  1. Contact us at admin@kulilangusa.com to request a return authorization.

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your item.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

  • If you need a different size, color, or replacement item, please contact us at admin@kulilangusa.com.

  • In most cases, exchanges will be processed as a return + new order to ensure faster service.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Personalized/custom products

  • Perishable goods
